M365 Business Change Project Manager - Communication / Training - OUTSIDE IR35

We are looking for an M365 Business Change Project Manager - Communication / Training with Mergers and Acquisitions experience for an initial 6 month contract outside IR35.

The role requires:

    • Proven track record delivering business change within large-scale and complex IT transformation or M&A integration programmes.
  • Strong understanding of end-user technology change (e.g. M365, device refresh, application migration) and its impact on business operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive, management, and frontline audiences.
  • Experience producing change impact assessments, user journey artefacts, and structured communications plans.
  • Strong planning and co-ordination skills with a keen eye for detail, including managing change across multiple workstreams and delivery waves.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex programme environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
