This is a steady, people-facing role in a well-established organisation, you'll sit at the centre of day-to-day operations, helping things run smoothly across admin and finance tasks. If you've worked in finance before, that's a real plus, but this isn't about month-end pressure or career accounting ladders. It's about being reliable, organised and on top of the detail.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling general administrative tasks and supporting colleagues across the business
  • Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and supporting basic finance administration
  • Liaising with the finance function around payments, costs and records
  • Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Supporting internal communications, letters and documentation
  • Helping keep everything compliant, organised and running as it should

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in an finance, administrative assistant, office administrator or similar role
  • Some exposure to finance tasks like invoices, payments or basic accounts admin
  • Confidence dealing with people face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and good IT skills, especially Excel
  • A calm, organised approach when juggling different tasks
