Job Title: Admin Support within a Health and Safety TeamLocation:** Central Sheffield - hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Hours: 9:00am
- 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) 3 Month Fixed Term Contract**
Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a well established business in Sheffield Centre who are looking for a detail-driven Administrator to join a Health and Safety team on a 3-month fixed term contract.
Reporting directly into the Head of Health and Safety, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured admin work, has strong IT skills, and likes being organised.
Main Duties include:
- Providing day-to-day HSE administrative support
- Cross-checking documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Updating, maintaining and migrating records across internal systems
- Helping to support with date for DSE assessments and form completions
- Supporting with presentations and general admin tasks
- Working confidently with in-house systems
What we’re looking for
- Strong administration experience (HSE exposure is a bonus, not essential)
- Tech-savvy with good IT skills
- Highly detail-orientated and organised
- Comfortable working independently and managing routine processes
- Confident handling confidential and compliance-related information
