**Job title: Sales Administrator

  • (part time)** Location: Huntingdon **Hours: Monday
  • Friday 25 hours per week** Salary: £19,250

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our clients UK sales operations on a part time basis for a fixed term contract of 14****months. You’ll play a key ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries run smoothly and communication between customers, sales colleagues and internal teams is clear and timely.

What will you be doing in the sales administrator role?

  • Process customer sales orders from receipt through to delivery (UK & export)
  • Liaise with customers to provide order updates and respond to queries
  • Arrange courier and haulage bookings
  • Prepare and process export documentation and declarations
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and despatch team to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate order data, checking and updating spreadsheets and systems
