School Administrator****Role Overview The School Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for visitors, parents and callers
  • Manage pupil records, attendance and data systems
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders
  • Handle correspondence, filing and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding procedures

Person Specification

  • Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)
  • Strong IT, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
