We partner with Arup to support their contingent recruitment processes. Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed. On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Project Integration Lead for an initial 6-month long contract based in London. It is a hybrid role.
Purpose of the role:
The Project Integration Lead will ensure seamless alignment and integration of multiple Global Procurement transformation initiatives into business operations.
The role focuses on harmonising deliverables, consolidating communications, and managing interdependencies across the Procurement portfolio to deliver a unified business experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management, including impact assessments, readiness, sponsorship, and adoption tracking
- Design and deliver training through needs analysis, curricula, job aids, QRGs, and multiple delivery methods (e.g., train-the-trainer, drop-ins)
- Develop and execute communications across the portfolio, including plans, key messages, channels, calendars, FAQs and briefing packs
- Coordinate consistent rollout of change across suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity and sustained adoption
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong change management and engagement capability, including stakeholder mapping, resistance management, and sponsorship models
- Training design and delivery expertise, including needs analysis, learning journeys, and creation of practical learning materials
- Excellent communication and content development skills, able to produce clear, compelling messages across multiple channels
- Highly organised and collaborative, able to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and audiences in a complex programme environment
