We are hiring Multilingual Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers to join one of the globe’s most renowned and innovative technology companies

The Job

As a Software QA Engineer, you’ll test and validate software, hardware, documentation and more, ensuring top-tier user experiences for global markets.

Your tasks will include:

  • Performing manual localisation testing in your native language on software and hardware interfaces
  • Reporting issues using internal tools and following bugs to resolution
  • Collaborating with international QA teams, engineers, linguists, and PMs
  • Deg, implementing, and maintaining test cases (manual & automated)
  • Perform manual localisation testing on software, print documents, help and hardware items
  • Reporting issues found by using internal tools, providing pertinent information and suggestions and following the solution process to its completion
  • Analysing international functionality issues
  • Working cross-functional with international software QA centers, engineering teams, translators and project managers in an effort to ensure delivery of world-class products to international markets
  • Identifying areas of improvement in existing tools and processes, and addressing issues with innovative solutions.

Candidate Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in ONE of the following languages: Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Norwegian, Hebrew, Spanish Latam, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Slovak, Turkish, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Dutch, Italian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Finnish, Hungarian, SlovenianCatalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Norwegian, Hebrew, Spanish Latam, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Slovak, Turkish
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Linguistics, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of software localization and internationalization
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, rapid learner, and exceptional team player
  • Localisation Quality Assurance experience preferred but not essential
  • Expert software power users (Pro Apps, multimedia, productivity)experience preferred but not essential
  • Real-world software engineering experience preferred but not essential
  • Software test automation experience preferred but not essential
  • Project management experience preferred but not essential

Salary & Benefits

  • 42,000 annual salary (pro rata for 6 months). Benefits include:
  • Competitive fixed-term contract (6 months, with potential for extension)
