Sales Support - Maternity Cover 18 months

We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Support Coordinator to join their thriving team based in Chessington. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What's in it for you?
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
- Working Pattern: 8.30am to 5pm - this is an office-based role
- Salary: £30k to £35k plus 23 days plus BH, flexi-working and a chance to increase holiday days, pension and much more!
- Start Date: ASAP for handover until April 26
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and proactively seek feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries through emails and phone calls.
- Create, manage, and distribute quotations to support the sales team.
- Process and review customer orders, keeping key strategic clients updated.
- Generate delivery documents and coordinate with logistics partners to meet deadlines.
- Address expedition requests and resolve any delays.
- Regularly assess inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with forecasts.
- Attend meetings with sales managers to gain insights into projects and customer forecasts.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve quality standards and KPI targets for continual improvement.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing and archiving.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within a customer services role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- A confident, proactive attitude towards customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in IT skills, ideally in Oracle and SAP
