Operational Support Assistants x 3 3 month contract 37 hours per week £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay Yeovil

We are seeking candidates with a strong customer services to work in a fast paced environment in Housing Association Office in Yeovil

You will need to be resilient and can keep a cool head under pressure, turning tricky situations into positive ones. We are looking for true customer champions, going the extra mile each and every time with strong IT and computer skills who can get up to speed on a variety of computer systems in no time

You will be providing a front-line service for any enquiries from customers, handling all types of contact including telephone, face to face and digital, and taking responsibility for resolving the enquiry by understanding the customers concerns and offering all suitable options to resolve the enquiry:

  1. Administration support to the business
  2. Supporting customers with payments and setting up direct debits
  3. Helping customers in reception area
  4. Taking calls and responding to emails
  5. Discuss residents’ concerns regarding anti-social behaviour, give advice, log all information on management systems and confirm in writing to the resident*.*
  6. Action resident’s requests regarding any tenancy issues/enquiries.
  7. Discuss resident’s enquiries regarding their rent, confirm their balance and any arrears. Ensure they have an arrangement to pay off any arrears.
  8. Book appointments for surveyors, housing/income officers and contractors etc as required.
