Reed HR is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Sutton for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function across a range of administrative and operational tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad spectrum of HR processes in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for honorary and fixed-term appointments
- Draft and issue contracts and variation letters in line with policy
- Conduct right-to-work checks and monitor visa statuses in compliance with UKVI regulations
- Liaise with Occupational Health to ensure timely health clearances
- Maintain accurate HR records and support data entry into the HRIS
- Assist with general HR queries and provide administrative support across the team
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ideally experienced in HR administration or a similar office-based role
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
