The role is working Monday to Friday 6am until 2pm paying £13.78 per hour. Working as a production line leader, no previous experience as a supervisor is needed just the right attitude.

Your Role: As a Filling Operator / Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You'll oversee the filling operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire the team and guarantee high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate filling operations to meet production targets. Ensure all filling equipment is in optimal working condition and adhere to safety standards. Monitor product quality and implement necessary adjustments in real-time. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflow.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practises in production. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
