Description

We're looking for a Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager on behalf of a Retail Giant for a 4-5 month contract opportunity, where you will own and shape CRM and Loyalty strategy end to end, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue across digital and retail channels.

This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership. You'll set the direction, lead a small team (x2 direct reports), and work closely with Digital, eCommerce, IT, and Retail teams to make CRM and Loyalty deliver measurable impact.

It will be hybrid to their London HQ 2 days per week, with the remaining fully remote.

What your role will entail:

  • Owning the CRM & Loyalty strategy from idea to delivery
  • Leading email, SMS, and direct mail across trade and triggered campaigns
  • Driving loyalty engagement and commercial performance
  • Supporting the evolution and optimisation of the loyalty programme and platform
  • Using insight and reporting to track performance and guide optimisation
  • Managing and developing a CRM Manager and Loyalty Manager

Key requirements:

  • Strong experience in CRM and/or Loyalty within an omni-channel retail environment
  • Comfortable setting strategy but happy to stay close to execution
  • Commercial, customer-focused, and results-driven
  • Confident working cross-functionally and managing agencies
  • Experience with a SaaS CRM platform (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Confident with data, reporting, and insight (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics)
  • Loyalty platform experience is a bonus
