Delivery Manager - Systems Integration | 3-Month Contract Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week on-site in Fareham Start: ASAP

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our client's Systems Integration team. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating delivery across multiple technology initiatives, ensuring the right people and skills are aligned to the right projects, and driving seamless outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery across the Systems Integration function, managing priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Understand team skill sets and ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects.
  • Support and enable cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage small projects or workstreams as required.
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient and outcomes are aligned with organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, ideally with a background in systems integration, including strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data flows, and cross-platform connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of systems integration project delivery and the skill sets required for success.
  • Excellent people and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to balance delivery oversight with supporting and motivating the team.
  • Willingness to travel on-site up to 1 day per week (Fareham).

Details:

Contract: Initial 3 months Rate: Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35), depending on experience Location: Hybrid - Fareham (on-site 1 day per week) Team: Systems Integration IR35: Inside IR35
