Job Title: Finance Business Partner Location**:** Derby (3 days on site with flexibility around start and finish times) Contract: 12-months Salary: £45K to £55K plus benefits

The role will support key divisions by delivering timely, accurate financial insights that drive informed decision-making and support strategic goals. You'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, while identifying opportunities and risks.

• Partner with stakeholders to build and manage annual budgets and forecasts
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business cases and strategic decisions
• Lead in identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing financial risks
• Support financial reporting for improvement programmes and efficiency initiatives

About you:

• Part-Qualified, Qualified, or Qualified by Experience
• Strong background in finance business partnering
• Data modelling
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and presenting financial data clearly
• Commercially minded with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
• Available to start at short notice
