• Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and cleaning surfaces
• Unpacking, handling, and preparing parts before painting
• Carrying out minor filler jobs
• Preparing and cleaning panels for priming
• Priming vehicles and panels
• Preparing vehicles for paint application
• Polishing after paintwork completion

Skills and Qualifications for Vehicle Paint Prepper / Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician:

• Previous experience preparing vehicles for painting, ideally in an commercial accident repair background
• Strong attention to detail and high work standards
• Ability to work safely under pressure
• Ability to plan and manage workload effectively
