Service Management Consultant, ITIL4****Hybrid working - 3 days on site £525 - £625 per day (umbrella engagement)

Our client, an industry leading and national business, is looking to hire a Service Management Consultant with a strong background in ITIL v4-aligned practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in deg and implementing key service management processes.

Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & optimise ITSM processes e.g. Incident, Request, Problem and Service Transition ensuring alignment with ITIL v4 principles.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across IT operations and business services.
  • Drive adoption of ITIL practices across teams and (including stakeholders).
  • Liaise with technical & business teams to drive and improve process efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to ITSM reporting & governance.
  • Assist in rollout of new ITIL aligned practices and frameworks.

Essential Experience:

  • ITIL 4 certification.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ITSM process management across ITIL v4 practices.
  • Ability and proven experience of embedding and ensuring adoption of ITIL practices within an organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with service transition activities.
