**Infrastructure Project Manager

Start date: ASAP Duration: 10-month contract Location: 2-3 days in the Sheffield office, 2-3 days working remotely Rate: £400 - £457 per day inside IR35

Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Infra PM, with at least 5-7 years experience, to be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects within the financial services sector, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, supportable, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring compliance with financial services standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate technical teams to produce clear, achievable designs and recovery documentation.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to capture requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure timely delivery of services.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure project delivery within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture and operational processes.
  • OpenShift experience (Must Have).
  • Prior HSBC experience (Good to have).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).?
