Strategic Lead: Business Development

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Strategic Lead: Business Development on a Contract basis.

In this pivotal role, you will be part of the HR and Traded Services Management Team. You will oversee the procurement, management, and review of key HR contracts such as managed service providers and HR systems ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional value and performance.

• Salary: £313 per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Driving Growth: Proactively identifying, promoting, and facilitating traded services Opportunities
• Strategic Marketing: Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy
• Financial Oversight: Conducting annual pricing reviews and cost-to-serve analyses to ensure services remain competitive and profitable
• Contract Management: Overseeing tendering for all HR contracts and ensuring delivery meets expected standards

**About you:**You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies within a service-oriented environment
• Experience conducting cost-to-serve analysis
• Local Authority experience is essential
