Job Title: Stores Coordinator

Location: Chippenham

Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months with potential to be extended to 12 months.

Salary: £16.63 per hour

**Responsibilities:**As the Stores Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the operations team! Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing store activities efficiently
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained and recorded accurately
  • Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes
  • Assisting in inventory management and audits
  • Providing exceptional support to team members and stakeholders

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a warehouse or stores environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Knowledge of PLC systems and processes
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

Technologies:

  • Inventory management software
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of PLC operations
