French Speaking Project Manager - Divestment

French Speaking Senior Project Manager | Contract Opportunity | Project: IT Divestment & TSA Contract Type: Outside IR35 | Location: UK - Remote

We are supporting a major organisation through a business divestment programme and require an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead IT separation and TSA delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT separation planning and execution across all workstreams, including critical-path and dependency management.
• Develop and manage the IT Separation Plan, covering scope, RAID, milestones, cutover planning, and TSA timelines.
• Own governance and reporting, including status reporting, executive dashboards, and risk escalation.
• Lead cutover and go-live activities, including runbooks, execution coordination, and hypercare.
• Support exit from TSA, ensuring services and deliverables are completed and transitioned to the purchasing organisation.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering IT divestments and TSA programmes.
• Proven cutover and go-live management expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior IT and business teams.
• Fluent French is essential.

Outside IR35 contract on a complex, high-profile transformation programme. Day rate will depend on experience. You must be based in the UK to be considered.
