Location: Various roles, South-East & South-West London
Salary: £90–£108 per day
- Depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Do you have a natural ability to connect with young people who see the world a little differently?
We’re looking for compassionate Autism Support Assistants for various roles in specialist schools across South London, supporting pupils with autism and related communication needs. You’ll work alongside a brilliant, supportive team helping children build confidence, communication skills, and independence in a calm, structured environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small, consistent groups
- Using visual supports, communication aids, and sensory strategies
- Encouraging positive engagement and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
What we’re looking for:
- Understanding or experience of autism and neurodiversity
- A patient, adaptable, and caring approach
- Reliability, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others
- (Bonus!) Thrive training or willingness to complete it for free with us
Experience in specialist education is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your positivity and passion for making a difference.
