Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and providing excellent service to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including label printers and printing machines
  • Fill out and maintain label control sheets accurately
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service, both internally and Externally

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
  • Experience using label printers, printing machines, and other office equipment
  • Ability to accurately complete and manage label control sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Own transport and a valid driving license
