My client is a leading Financial Services Organisation, looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology change environment working on a large-scale payment’s initiative.

Relevant candidates will have experience in eliciting, analysing and managing complex business requirements, working on large-scale transformation projects, using data and insight to influence decision-making and drive change.

Key Criteria for Senior Business Analyst, Payments:

• Must hold a current Security Clearence
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects or programmes within Financial Services.
• Prior experience working on payments projects delivering technical change.
• Skilled in developing and using operating models and business processes, including BPMN 2.0.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks.
• Experience in data management, including data journeys and migration.
• Exposure to user research and developing customer journeys.

The Business Analyst is required onsite, 2 days per week in Central London.
