Venn Group’s IT team are recruiting an enthusiastic Switchboard Operator to join an exciting non-technical support team at a great NHS organisation!

Location: Wakefield

Rate: £14 - 15 per hour PAYE

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)

Start: Immediate

Day to day duties:

• Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
• An understanding of call handling, with a good telephone manner
• Have excellent Customer Focus skills
• Ability to accurately input and retrieve information on a computerised system
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to obtain and record accurate information
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Be a fast learner
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Be comfortable working in a 4-on / 4-off working pattern
• Be comfortable working night shifts
