This team is at the forefront of supporting, innovating, and transforming remote desktop services, cloud platforms, and SaaS solutions.If you have a strong technical background inAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)orCitrix, combined with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for mentoring others, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Development:Evaluate organizational needs and design technical solutions that drive innovation.Training & Evaluation:Identify training requirements and assess effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams to ensure efficient device and remote desktop management.Content Review:Maintain accuracy and alignment with Windows best practices.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong experience withVDI solutions, preferablyAzure Virtual DesktopwithNerdio toolingand/orCitrix.Expertise inAzure Cloud, includingEntra,Networking,Azure Firewall, andDNS.Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines, ideally usingAzure DevOps.Experience deploying cloud infrastructure viaIaC(preferablyTerraform).AdvancedPowerShell scriptingskills.Familiarity withIntune MDM, configuration profiles, andRSAT tooling(Active Directory, GPO).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.Desirable SkillsAbility to produce architecture and design documentation.Experience with application deployment and package management solutions.Behavioural CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal skills.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Inquisitive and proactive approach to problem-solving.QualificationsIndustry-standard certifications aligned with the skills above are highly desirable.These contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment.Guidant Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
