Supporter Care OfficerCystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to uniting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis. We're working towards a brighter future for everyone with cystic fibrosis (CF) by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.Do you deliver brilliant customer service and love helping people? We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate and proactive Supporter Care Officer to join our team and help ensure that every supporter has an exceptional experience with the Trust.In this role, you will be responsible for key administrative tasks including updating supporter records, processing and setting up donations, managing regular gifts, updating communication preferences and sending heartfelt thank-yous to supporters.
