Tradewind is working with a well-established 3-form entry primary academy in Hounslow, seeking a KS1 Teacher to join their dedicated staff team from January 2026. The position runs until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent role.

The Role:
- Teach a KS1 class with full teaching responsibilities.
- Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons tailored to children's needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity and strong outcomes.
- Attend meetings, INSET days, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching in KS1.
- Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy.
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
