Treasury Manager - Cashflow Reporting & Analysis

Reporting toGroup Financial Controller / Director of Finance (or CFO, depending on scale)Role PurposeThe Treasury Manager will design, implement, and run a robust cash flowreporting and forecasting capability for a regulated Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)business.The role's primary objective is to ensure clear, accurate, and forward-lookingvisibility of cash, enabling strong liquidity management, confident decision-making,and effective engagement with senior leadership, regulators, and externalstakeholders.This is a hands-on role with accountability for both building the capability andrunning it day-to-day, in an environment undergoing systems, data, and operating-model change.Key Accountability'sCash flow Reporting & Forecasting Own the daily, weekly, monthly, and rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts,ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Develop clear cash flow reporting packs for CFO, ExCo, and Board, withinsight into drivers, risks, and sensitivities. Build scenario and stress-testing models (e.g. downside cases, delayedreceipts, cost timing shocks). Provide clear analysis of actuals vs forecast, explaining movements andemerging risks.Liquidity & Working Capital Management Monitor and manage liquidity headroom, cash buffers, and short-termfunding needs. Analyse and actively manage working capital drivers (client receipts,payables, accruals, intercompany timing). Partner with AR, AP, and Finance Operations to improve cash predictabilityand discipline.PaaS-Specific & Regulatory Context Develop cashflow views that reflect PaaS revenue models (e.g. recurringfees, implementation fees, migration revenue, pass-through costs). Support regulatory and governance requirements relating to client money,safeguarding, and cash segregation, where applicable. Provide transparent cash analysis to support regulatory engagement, audit,and internal assurance.Systems, Data & Process Development Design cashflow models that integrate with core finance systems (e.g.D365, ERP, planning tools such as Anaplan). Improve data quality, controls, and automation across cash reportingprocesses. Document and embed standardised treasury and cashflow processes,controls, and ownership.Stakeholder Management & Decision Support Act as the single point of truth for cashflow insight across the business. Partner closely with FP&A, Financial Control, Commercial Finance, and seniorleadership. Provide clear, concise explanations of cash dynamics to non-treasurystakeholders.Key Deliverable A trusted, repeatable cashflow reporting framework used by seniorleadership Rolling 13-week cashflow forecast with scenario analysis Monthly Board-level cashflow and liquidity commentary Improved forecast accuracy and predictability Clear documentation of treasury processes, assumptions, and controlsRequired Experience & BackgroundEssential Qualified accountant or treasury professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AMCT orequivalent). Strong experience in cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, andcash reporting. Experience within regulated environments (financial services, fintech,wealth, asset management, or PaaS). Proven ability to build cashflow models from first principles, not justmaintain existing ones. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercialinsight.Desirable Experience in PaaS, SaaS, or platform-based business models. Exposure to finance transformation programmes (new ERP, planning tools,data redesign). Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency environments. Experience supporting Board, Audit Committee, or regulator-facingreporting.Skills & Competencies Excellent cashflow modelling and forecasting capability Strong attention to detail, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset Ability to operate hands-on while influencing senior stakeholders Comfortable working in ambiguous, changing environments Clear communicator who can explain complex cash dynamics simplyRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
