Role OverviewTheBMC Helix Technical Delivery Authorityis responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of BMC Helix solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, seamless system integrations, and alignment with enterprise business objectives. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and delivery governance to successfully implement complex ITSM platforms on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, validate, and govern BMC Helix architecture, includingITSM Suite, Digital Workplace, CMDB, and Smart IT.Designscalable, secure, and maintainablesolutions usingBMC Helix Innovation StudioandBusiness Workflows.Ensure alignment withITIL best practicesand enterprise architecture standards.Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems such asActive Directory, Orchestrators, Discovery, and Service Assurance tools.Configure and manageAPIs, web services, and middlewareto enable seamless data exchange.Oversee complex integrations includingCMDB reconciliation, auto-ticketing, and identity management.Own technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring adherence todelivery governance and quality frameworks.Conductrisk assessments, manage technical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.Govern customization vs. out-of-the-box configurations tominimize technical debt.Collaborate withPMO and stakeholdersto define delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation.DriveAgile execution models(Scrum, iterative releases) for BMC Helix implementations.Providestatus reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.Validate solution readiness throughE2E testing, UAT, and go-live support.Implementmonitoring, health checks, and performance optimizationfor ITSM and CMDB modules.Identify opportunities forautomation and continuous process improvement.Required Skills & Experience5+ yearsof hands-on experience inBMC Helix / Remedy ITSM architecture and delivery.Strong expertise inAR System, Atrium CMDB, Digital Workplace, Smart IT, and Smart Reporting.In-depth knowledge ofITSM processes(Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).Proven experience integrating BMC Helix withexternal platforms(AD, Orchestrators, Discovery tools).Solid understanding ofAPI development, web services, and data migration strategies.Experience working inAgile and Waterfalldelivery models.Strong ability to managemulti-vendor environmentsand complex enterprise landscapes.Excellenttechnical leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
