  • Stoke On Trent/HybridCharles Simon Associates are currently looing for a Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month contract basis for our prestigious market leader based in Stoke on Trent.This role is inside IR35Interviews are taking place ASAP. January 5th start date.Location:Stoke on Trent/ Hybrid (onsite twice a week)Day Rate:up to £150 Per DaySkills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst:Previous experience within a Service Desk is vital within this roleExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsExtensive Active DirectoryStrong O365 experienceTicket management experience including good time managementHardware support including Laptop & PC buildingAny experience of supporting MS Exchange is highly desirableExperience of working within an ITIL environment is highly desirableStart date is ASAP for the Service Desk AnalystThe Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:Ensuring that the Service Desk Manager and other senior members of the IT business are kept informed of progress and in particular are told of major problems and/or issues in a timely mannerBeing the first point of contact on the Service Desk.New Starters and Leavers administration from the technical perspectiveWorking to and within already agreed SLA’s and KPI’sProviding Application Support when neededProviding high levels of 1st call fix where possibleReporting faults and maintaining logs on desktop and laptop numbers within the businessPlease send an up-to-date copy of your CV to be considered for the Service Desk AnalystService Desk Analyst
