The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimising the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, security, and alignment with business and ITIL best practices.This role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience, combined with excellent stakeholder engagement and process improvement skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor ServiceNow platform health and performance; apply patches and upgradesTroubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating to ServiceNow support when requiredEnsure compliance with organisational standards, security policies, and governanceConfigure and support ServiceNow modules includingIncident, Problem, Change, and Service CatalogDevelop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and automationManage notifications, UI pages, dashboards, and Service Portal componentsCreate and manage user roles, groups, and ACLsMaintain CMDB health, accuracy, and data integrityImplement and supportITIL best practicesacross service management processesAnalyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisationSupport Agile/SCRUM delivery and iterative platform enhancementsMaintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesProvide guidance, training, and support to end users and stakeholdersGather requirements, design, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party applicationsDeliver client-facing consulting support within a technology-focused environmentRequired Skills & ExperienceMandatory:ServiceNow (SaaS)Minimum4–5 years’ hands-on experiencein ServiceNow administration and developmentStrong knowledge ofServiceNow Core and Platform modulesHands-on experience withITSM, ITOM, TPRM, Service Portal, and Scoped ApplicationsExperience with workflow design, scripting, integrations, and performance tuningStrong understanding ofIncident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service CatalogProficiency inJavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scriptingExperience working withServiceNow domainsSolid background in troubleshooting and optimising workflows and scriptsStrong process management and project management skillsExperience working inAgile / SCRUMenvironmentsCertifications (Highly Desirable)ServiceNowSystem Administrator CertificationServiceNowImplementation Specialist CertificationITIL Foundation Client : Global IT services, consulting, and business solutions company.
