- Real EstateOur international law firm client is seeking a self-motivated and organised Senior Legal PA to join their London office on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit someone who is adept in supporting busy lawyers in a fast-paced, law firm environment and who can demonstrate technical excellence.Salary to £50,00012-month fixed-term contractHybrid working

- Real Estate:Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earnersOrganising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller eventsFull management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earnersPrepare, amend, and proofread documentsProactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings)Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systemsSupporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid billsCoordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of PartnersSkills & Requirements of the Senior Legal PA
- Real Estate:Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience supporting a team of lawyers in a law firm environmentDemonstrates an understanding of industry standards for compliance and matter managementExcellent IT skills across a broad range of MS Office and other business management applicationsA willingness to learn new software and adapt to changePrevious experience using bespoke in-house systems (e.g. client contact databases, matter management systems, billing systems etc. Senior Legal PA
