Salesforce TPM PMO - Long-Term Contract Industry: Food & Beverage (FMCG) Location: Hybrid (Europe) Duration: Multi-year programme

I'm supporting a major food and beverage organisation as they embark on a large-scale Salesforce transformation, and they're looking for an experienced Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management) PMO to join the programme.

Role Overview

You'll play a key role in governing and coordinating the end-to-end Salesforce TPM rollout. This is a central PMO position, ensuring the programme is well-structured, aligned across business and IT, and supported by clear processes, documentation and decision frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide governance, structure and project oversight across the Salesforce TPM workstream
  • Manage RAID logs, planning, milestones and cross-functional dependencies
  • Support steering committee preparation, reporting and stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate between digital, commercial, finance and external partners
  • Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, risks and overall programme delivery
  • Maintain project documentation and drive PMO best practices

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven PMO experience on large-scale digital or commercial transformation programmes
  • Strong background in Salesforce TPM / Trade Promotion Management
  • Ability to work across business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • FMCG or Consumer Goods experience is a strong advantage
