D365 Test Lead - Fixed Term ContractSalary:up to £80,000Location:HarrogateElevation Recruitment Group's Technology and Transformation team are looking for a talentedD365 Test Leadto manage the testing stream of a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations re-implementation.This is a hands-on, leadership role where you’ll own end-to-end testing for complex business and finance processes underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics.Core hours: Mon-Thu 9:00-17:30, Fri 9:00-15:30.Flexible working withup to 3 days in the Harrogate office, remainder remote.As Test Lead, you’ll work closely with implementation partners, business users, and the internal programme team to ensure new functionality is thoroughly tested and signed off. You’ll be responsible for bothmanual and automated testing, focusing on areas like Finance, Procurement, Sales, Projects, and more.Responsibilities of the D365 Test Lead:Lead testing activities across unit, functional, performance, and UAT phasesDefine and implement test strategies, policies, and process improvementsCollaborate with business users to develop use cases, test plans, and criteriaTrack and manage defects, ensuring issues are resolved with internal teams and suppliersPrepare and maintain regression test packs for ongoing releasesPresent test results and progress to stakeholders across all levels of the business.Key Skills & Experience required:Proven experience in Test Management and Testing with D365 F&O and CEExperience preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test ScriptsStrong knowledge of accounting systems and regulatory change testingHands-on experience with ADO, JIRA, Confluence, and automated/manual testing toolsExperience with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience leading meetings, workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams is desirableThis is a great opportunity for aD365 testing professionallooking to take ownership of a high-profile programme and make a tangible impact.
