With 850+ global consultants, VARITE is committed to delivering excellence to its customers by leveraging its global experience and expertise in providing comprehensive scientific, engineering, technical, and non-technical staff augmentation and talent acquisition services.HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO:Job title: Senior / Staff Salesforce EngineerLocation: London, UK (Hybrid)Contract: 6 MonthsTechnical Delivery (60%)Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and FlowBuild and maintain features across Service Cloud and Health CloudConfigure declarative solutions for complex business requirementsDesign and implement robust integrations between the platform and SalesforceEnsure code quality, performance, and security best practicesTechnical Support (20%)Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issuesSupport end users with platform questions and system functionalityInvestigate and resolve data integrity issuesAssist with user access and permission troubleshootingArchitectural Guidance (20%)Advise on Salesforce architecture decisions and technical strategyGuide the team on scalable and maintainable Salesforce development best practicesReview technical designs and provide recommendationsCollaborate with the Engineering Manager on the technical roadmapWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN:Required Experience:8–12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceExpert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and SOQLStrong configuration skills

• Flows, Process Builder, Validation RulesService Cloud expertise
• Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Queues, RolesUser management and security
• Role hierarchies, Permission Sets, Sharing RulesHealth Cloud experience
• Care plans, clinical data models (preferred)Integration experience
• REST APIs, SQS, Platform Events, Middleware platformsCI/CD and deployment practices
• Version control, automated testing, deployment pipelinesRequired Certification
• Platform Developer CertificationPreferred Certifications
