C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a start up Finance business in Kings Cross.An exciting, rapidly scaling investment-backed business. This is a business entering a truly exciting phase of expansion, offering huge scope to make impact.Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex diary management and coordination of international travelAct as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-up on actionsOversee a variety of administrative and operational tasks across multiple companies, including document management and office supportAssist with governance and board-level documentation, signatures, filings, and related processesSupport the CEO with ad-hoc personal administrationLiaise with external providers including payroll and HR consultantsIdentify and implement efficiency improvements, including introducing and maximising technology and AI toolsMaintain strict confidentiality and handle all matters with complete discretionWhat background and experience is the company looking for?Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executivesHighly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple shifting prioritiesConfident, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentDegree-educated (preferred) with strong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in a start-up or high-growth environmentTech-savvy and able to implement new tools, systems, and automationsProfessional, resilient, and able to build strong relationships at all levelsPositive, solutions-focused and able to deliver results in an evolving environmentWho is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?Carolyn BarracloughFor this role C&C Search is acting as an employment agency.At C&C Search, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
