We're looking for a Digital Workspace Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building relationships across the business, and takes pride in delivering brilliant end user experiences.The role is supporting 3,000 colleagues across the UK, keeping their tech running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will play a vital role in ensuring all user devices remain secure and compliant, identifying and resolving machines that have missed Windows security updates. Your work directly strengthens our business resilience.ResponsibilitiesManaging incidents and service requests through Hornbill and our ITSM platformPrioritising and triaging cases to ensure smooth, timely resolutionsMonitoring systems and maintaining anti-virus/security toolingSupporting users with hardware, software, and application issuesAdministering Active Directory, including group policiesBuilding and supporting Windows 10/11 devices, iOS/Android, Intune, Autopilot, MobileIron, and deployment tools such as PDQProviding basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN)Assisting with patching and maintaining network equipmentGetting involved in small-scale project work with our Direct Delivery teamExperienceWindows 10/11 & M365Basic TCP/IP and LAN/WAN Troubleshooting experienceITSM & ITIL ExperienceMobile Device maintenanceCommunicate confidently and build strong relationships across teamsTake ownership of issues and follow them through to resolutionHave hands on experience across Microsoft workspace technologiesAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
