Deployment Engineer - Inside IR35VIQU IT has a customer who are looking for a Deployment Engineer to join their on-site technical team, focusing primarily on the deployment and preparation of laptops for end users.This role is hands-on and would suit someone who enjoys building, configuring, and rolling out devices in a fast-paced environment.The successful Deployment Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all laptops are built to specification, fully tested, and ready for deployment to staff across the organisation.You’ll work closely with IT operations and logistics teams to make sure equipment is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.Deployment Engineer Responsibilities include:Building, configuring, and deploying laptops and other devicesUsing Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot to manage and deploy equipmentManaging and tracking laptops through the build and delivery processCreating and maintaining documentation for deployment proceduresTroubleshooting and resolving build or deployment issuesWorking closely with the wider team to improve processes and ensure consistencyDeployment Engineer Requirements:Proven experience with device deployment and laptop buildsGood working knowledge of Intune, SCCM, and AutopilotPrevious experience in a logistics or warehouse environmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAble to produce clear documentation and follow processes accuratelyConfident working independently and as part of a teamMust be available to work on-site five days a weekThe Deployment Engineer will be required to work onsite 5 days a week. to speak with VIQU IT in confidence.
