In this role, you will contribute to the design, standardisation, and lifecycle management of the organisation's global data centre infrastructure. You will play a key part in shaping processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational excellence across the data centre ecosystem.This position also includes responsibilities as aTechnical Writer, ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and user-friendly.Your ResponsibilitiesData Centre Architecture & Lifecycle ManagementDevelop and implement lifecycle processes for data centre infrastructure components-including cabling-within our client's Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platform and other enterprise tools.Define end-to-end lifecycle processes for cabling and other infrastructure elements.Monitor adherence to defined processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Technical Writing & DocumentationCreate and maintain high-quality documentation such as lifecycle processes, cabling standards, operational guides, and best practices.Develop user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.Maintain version control and ensure documentation remains up-to-date and aligned with evolving processes.Your ProfileProven experienceas a Data Centre Architect or similar role, with strong exposure to DCIM solutions.Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured documentation.Strong background in requirements gathering, process design, and process implementation projects.Project management experience, ideally combined with ITIL practices.Outstanding collaboration skillswith the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed, multicultural team.Relevant certifications(advantageous): CNCDP, TIA-942C, ISO 22237, EN50600 or equivalent.
