Position: SEN Teacher Location: Tower Hamlets
A specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teacher to support students aged 11-19 with Complex Needs. As an SEN Teacher, you will work with young people who have a range of Complex Needs, tailoring learning to meet their individual abilities. Daily Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for students aged 11-19 with Complex Needs.
- Use a variety of communication tools and sensory resources to support learning.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of student achievements.
- Create a safe, calm, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Engage in regular review meetings with parents and support staff.
- Support personal care or mobility needs where required.
