NetSuite Business Analyst£500 - £550 per day (outside IR35)6-month contract (6-month initial contract, strong extension potential)Fully remote (UK or European time zone strongly preferred)A global organisation is seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Analyst to support a major finance transformation programme. This role sits within a high-visibility finance product team, working across a heavily customised NetSuite environment with complex order-to-cash processes.We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, technically curious, and confident navigating a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.The RoleYou'll be responsible for refining existing requirements, supporting Finance teams, and driving forward a new global membership initiative. This includes working closely with Product, Business Analysts, Architecture and QA teams to ensure solutions are properly understood, designed, tested, and transitioned into BAU.You will bridge technical, finance and business teams, challenge assumptions, and keep delivery moving in a complex global setting.What You'll DoRefine epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for finance and membership workstreamsLead requirements gathering and AS-IS/TO-BE process mappingWork hands-on with heavily customised NetSuite, especially order-to-cash, billing, revenue and multi-currencyCollaborate with technical teams to review workflows, scripts, and ticket detailsSupport QA, UAT cycles and delivery trackingUpdate JIRA tickets, documentation and Confluence pages consistentlyDrive clarity across Finance teams, providing documentation and training where neededWork effectively with a global team in a high-pressure, fast-moving environmentKey Deliverables (First 3-6 Months)Ownership of the new membership initiative from refinement through to testing and go-liveDeep-dive with Finance on roles, responsibilities and process refinementStabilisation and optimisation of O2C processes in NetSuiteClear and consistent documentation across all assigned workstreamsEssentialProven experience in customised NetSuite environments (not just native)Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, revenue, purchase orders & multi-currencyExcellent Business Analysis fundamentals: mapping, documentation, requirements, process analysisAbility to understand and question scripts, workflows, and system logicStrong JIRA/ Confluence capabilityExperience supporting Finance or Accounting functionsCalm, resilient personality - able to handle dynamic discussions and fast-paced changeNice to HaveExperience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc)Global finance/ ERP project experience NetSuite Business Analyst £500 - £550 per day (outside IR35) 6-month contract (6-month initial contract, strong extension potential) Fully remote (UK or European time zone strongly preferred) A global organisation is seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Analyst to support a major finance transformation programme.
