About the Role:Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE DeveloperExperience in D365 development majorly.Worked in Canvas / Module driven APPS.Worked in Sales / Service module.Candidates should have worked in Custom API Plugin, Plugin, Javascript, some understanding of PCF controls.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximize the value of CRM.Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client-specific needs, utilising your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise.Hands on Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM development on customer implementations.CRM system integration projects with existing systems and servicesAssisting CRM development/ deployment processesTriage CRM implementation support issues at 3rd line levelExperience and Background:Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online or 365.Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).Proficiency in C#,.NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
