Billing Assistant (12 Month FTC)An exciting opportunity has arisen at our international law firm client for a Billing Assistant join their London office on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit someone who has previous administrative experience, who is looking to gain more experience in a billing role and who is keen to develop their understanding of law firm operations.Salary to £40,00012-month fixed-term contractHybrid working

  • 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH25 days annual leave + holiday entitlement flexAnnual wellbeing fund, and more!The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process in the team, liaising with fee earners and PAs to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all invoices.Key Responsibilities of the Billing Assistant (12 Month FTC):Managing the billing process and systems in conjunction with the Accounts team and members of the IP teamLiaising with Partners / Associates to ensure all invoices are produced accurately and on timeLiaising with the PAs to ensure invoices are distributed to clients in a timely manner, including working with the PAs to manage external client queriesDealing with internal queries and working in conjuction with the relevant individuals at the firm to ensure issues are dealt with promptlyLiaising directly with the fee earners to understand the individual needs of clients and any impact this may have on the billing processFiling of all billing-related documentationSkills & Requirements of the Billing Assistant (12 Month FTC):Previous administrative experience, preferably gained within a law firm or similar role, is essentialFive GCSE (including Maths and English) at level C or aboveGood mathematical skills (candidates must be comfortable working with numbers)Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelComfortable working with different systems Billing Assistant (12 Month FTC) An exciting opportunity has arisen at our international law firm client for a Billing Assistant join their London office on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
