This role is crucial for innovating or differentiating the business, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, at pace, for the lowest possible cost, and with high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping delivery strategy across the organisation and fostering a product management and process ownership focus.Day-to-day of the role:Ensure the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing management framework is embedded in all activities.Work as part of the Technology Services / IT / OT team to drive continual change and improvement.Prepare and present Technology Service project business cases with the sponsor, stakeholders, and project team.Deliver projects and products aligned with strategic goals and a Systems Thinking approach.Manage project delivery within agreed constraints of time, quality, and cost.Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and environmental obligations.Determine and apply the appropriate delivery approach and methodology to meet project outcomes.Establish and lead collaborative project teams, fostering a culture of innovation.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.Establish project governance and controls to ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality.Manage project scope, changes, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience with NEC Contract management.Proven track record in delivering high-profile projects successfully.Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.Experience managing complex projects using various methods, tools, and techniques.Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to delivery.Ability to lead and motivate teams, managing delivery collaboratively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong planning and organisational skills, proficient in MS Project.Strong commercial management skills with experience managing third-party suppliers.Relevant business knowledge of the water industry and awareness of legal requirements including Health and Safety, Data Protection, and.Benefits:Opportunity to work on significant projects within the water industry.Exposure to innovative project management practices and technologies.Professional development in a supportive and dynamic environment.by clicking the button below and submitting your CV.
