A prestigious private hospital in London is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join their finance team on a 6-month contract.This is a key role responsible for overseeing the credit control function, ensuring efficient debt recovery processes, and safeguarding the hospital’s financial health.It will be a hybrid role, with 2 days per week required on-siteResponsibilities:Lead and manage the credit control function, driving efficient and effective debt recoveryDevelop and implement credit policies and procedures to improve cash flow and reduce aged debtMonitor and manage the debtor ledger, ensuring accurate allocation of cash and timely collectionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with private patients, insurers, and corporate health partnersProduce regular aged debt reports, with a focus on reducing debts over 60 days oldSet up customers on Direct Debit and manage payment plansRequirements:Proven experience in credit control, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleImmediate Availability to start a new roleBackground in healthcare or private hospital settings, with experience handling private patient and insurance company debtStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to produce detailed aged debt reports and implement effective debt reduction strategies A prestigious private hospital in London is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join their finance team on a 6-month contract.
