We are a friendly and dedicated team at a well-established special needs school in Crowborough, and we are looking for compassionate individuals Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join us. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time, we have a variety of roles available!

Roles Available:

  • Permanent, Temporary, and Contract positions
  • Flexible work days (ideal for those with varying schedules)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • No experience necessary!

Ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a rewarding environment

Key responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:

  • Support students with learning and physical needs
  • Assist in classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching staff and contribute to the day-to-day running of the school
  • Encourage and empower students to reach their potential

  • Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
