Business Support Executive

Wise May are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our client, an extremely busy Consultancy based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team, in a company who reward hard work to support various business functions and assist a wider fee earning team across the company.This is a full time, 6 month fixed term contract. The role is fully office based and the hours are 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.Business Support Executive duties and responsibilities include:Provide professional administrative support to the team.Liaise with fee earners and senior stakeholders.Prepare and produce documentation.Implement and maintain processes that include financial processes, IT systems training, management systems and health and safety.Take a lead on financial stewardship to include invoicing and WIP/Debt management processes.Play a key role in financial procedures, particularly during critical monthly reporting periods.Business Support Executive skills and experience required:Experience of working in an administrative role.Demonstrable experience and working knowledge of financial processes.Adept at working with senior stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.Excellent organisational skills, and strong initiative.Strong communication skills.A professional and pro-active attitude.Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.Benefits:Private medical insuranceInterest free annual season ticket loan25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHealth and Wellbeing AllowanceCycle to work schemePension contribution Wise May are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our client, an extremely busy Consultancy based in London.
