Office Administrator (Entry Level)is required inRingwoodfor an initial3-month contract, paying£23,809. You will be joining an expanding Technical Managed Service Provider and will work closely with the Senior Office Administrator. The role involves comprehensive training, but you must be a quick learner, able toperform and manage multiple tasks, and work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team. If you have strong administrative potential and a keenattention to detail, we encourage you to apply!Key RequirementsExcellentMicrosoft skillsand proficiency indata input.Proven ability toperform and manage multiple tasks.Exceptionalattention to detailand strongorganisation skills.Ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team.Key Duties and Responsibilities- Training will be givenYou will provide administrative support related to customer requests and company projects.Equipment Management:Quoting and ordering equipment (e.g., for New Starters/IT accessory requests).Inventory & Assets:Booking in stock/customer equipment, registering warranties, and managing/updating client assets.Logistics:Cross-checking and dispatchinggoods, including packaging, updating customers, and generatingshipping labels.Returns:Arranging equipment returns, assessing items forrepair, reallocation, or decommissioning.Customer Support:Handling overflow calls from the Helpdesk, logging tickets, and dealing with general customerqueries.Problem-Solving:Investigation of non-deliveries.General Admin:Assisting with documentation, maintaining office supplies and covering additional duties during team absences.If you are available immediately and possess the skills and drive to manage a high-volume workload efficiently, please submit your application today!
