Change Manager - S4 Implementation (P2P)Stoke on Trent - Onsite 1/2 days a week6 month contract - scope for extensionOutside of IR35£400+ per dayAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a major SAP ERP S/4HANA implementation within a local authority environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organisation, driving stakeholder engagement, and minimising disruption during transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensivechange management planaligned with SAP S/4HANA implementation milestones.Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication and buy-in.Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.Design and deliver training and support programs for end-users.Monitor and report on change adoption, providing actionable insights to leadership.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience as aChange Manageron large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.Strong background working withinlocal authorities or public sector organizations, with an understanding of governance and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience withProcure-to-Pay (P2P) processesand related business transformation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity withProsci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
