We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a well-established primary school in Kettering from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher to join a supportive team and take responsibility for a friendly, motivated Year 3 class.

The Role:
- Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Work collaboratively with the year group and wider teaching team
- Assess pupils' progress and provide effective feedback
- Create a positive, safe and inspiring classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Ability to plan and deliver high-quality teaching
- Confident classroom management
- A motivated, professional and child-centred approach
